Red Cross Shelters Are Open-Not Ye In North Couny....

PALM BEACH GARDENS —Red Cross officials have opened one shelter at Lake Shore Middle School in Belle Glade, the only one of 14 in Palm Beach County.
Red Cross officials will meet with county emergency management and school board officials in making the decision. The shelters are all in public schools.

Shelters in North County are:
Independence Middle School, 4001 Greenway Dr., Jupiter
William Dwyer High School, 13601 N Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens
Bethune Elementary School, 1501 Avenue U, Riviera Beach
Seminole Ridge High School, 4601 Seminole Pratt Whitney Rd., Loxahatchee.
Two Red Cross shelters have been opened in each of three counties, Hendry, Okeechobee and Glades, said Joseph Hansen, Red Cross spokesman.
