Shooting - 01-17-10 Sun 128th• Trail N. Complainant advised she heard what sounded like a BB gun shot, didn't see anyone outside, heard something hit the window. Deputy friends checked the area and found that her vehicle had been hit 3 times. Contact made who advised that his son had a BB gun. and were located with a loaded BB gun. Victim didn't want to prosecute.
