Stroller Power is an INDOOR group fitness class for Moms to do with their babies 6 weeks - 4 years. Using strollers, resistance tubes, weighted balls and hand weights, Moms will burn fat and calories, build strength and endurance while making friends with other local moms. Classes are offered 6 days a week at 3 INDOOR locations. All classes are $5/class.
