Fitness Class for Moms & expecting Moms. The class is a mix of cardio and resistance training with a big focus on core, weight reduction and toning. It is more like group personal training than your average stroller based class. We meet at the Martinique Clubhouse in Abacoa every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 8:45am - 9:45am. The Jupiter Relay For Life Committee is working to put on the 10th annual Jupiter Relay. We are looking for committee members to help with this process as well as teams to be involved the night of the event- April 26-27, 2008.
